Things you need to know before signing up for Festival of Trees

You will need to provide the tree & it must be artificial. This is considered as a donation to the Tuscan Village Festival of Trees. As all trees will be raffled off and portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Salem Boys & Girls Club!

At the end of the 4 weeks, the winners will be picked and the winner will pick up the tree and all items placed with the tree are to be considered as part of the raffle for that tree. We ask that the minimum value of each tree is $250.00.

We also ask that the tree is at least 7′ tall and does not exceed 12′

• You will need to have a tree topper, a tree skirt, and under tree display.
• The trees MUST have battery operated lights and we ask that you make sure the battery pack or on switch is easily accessible
• Please decorate your tree on all sides.
• Please NO food or candy included as decoration or under the tree display.
• Do not use glitter, confetti, artificial snowflakes or hot glue guns and spray products in setup space.
• Do not place gift cards or lottery tickets on your trees- please use copies of the gift cards & scratch tickets on the tree and turn in the original items to one of us at tree set up. (The items will be put in an envelope and stored safely until the raffle winner picks up their tree)
• If you have larger items of value such as products or liquor bottles, they must be secured to the tree with wire or tie wraps.
